On The
Road
Everything in
this world is temporary and transitory. And so, these "Time-Out" reflections
that we have shared for more than a year must come to an end also.
Maybe this
mutual exchange has been for you the occasion to grasp the importance of taking regularly
the time to gather your thoughts in silence and take a deep look into the great questions
of life. These consistent moments of inner silence are necessary, because they will allow
you to evaluate your life and act properly.
You are not a
machine, or an animal, or an object. Remember that you have been created in God's image!
Be deeply aware of this reality and don't let yourself be carried away by the constraints
of the world and the false prophets.
As for me, soon
I will take my retirement and finish my work at the college. But God calls me already to
other activities, and I will follow Him step by step.
Thank you for
reading my reflections. Thank you to all those who have come to talk and exchange their
experiences. Thank you to all those who have helped me in this effort to offer assistance
and support during my stay with you.
I have been
deeply touched by discovering, through so many hearts, the beauty of the face of God. And
I beg you: be confident and let yourself be guided by Him. Continue to have these little
moments of reflection; they can take you far, listening to God repeat to you, very softly:
"You are loved just the way you are!"
We are all on
the go, and we must be watchful not to wander away and lose the right path. Let us keep
our confidence! What a joy it will be to see each other again, one day... in Him.
So have
courage, and... see you later! I say to you: until we meet again, in God.
