Money
Money is not an
end in itself but a means, a way to attain an objective. Money does not belong to us, so
we must act as good administrators of the goods that God has entrusted to us.
For example,
just one pen should be more than enough for your needs, instead of ten. The excess can be
used then to help others who are in need of everything. You might think that this is just
like a drop of water in the ocean and that it doesn't change anything!
Nevertheless,
we are a multitude, and all of us together can be like an ocean of living waters.
Conscious of this reality, we must all act responsibly in the way we use "our"
money. This is necessary to preserve unity.
